Private and Group Yoga Classes


Yoga has made a powerful shift in my life!

When I’m not in my gardens, you can often find me doing yoga. And sometimes I’m doing both!
Connect with me for personal yoga sessions or join me for a group class at the farm in our yurt, Northern Roots Yoga in Lancaster, NH,  or at Heart Space Yoga in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

Yoga has improved my posture, strength, flexibility, balance, digestion, meditation, relaxation techniques and much more.  I am passionate about continually learning more and sharing these healing practices with you. Yoga yokes together and strengthens body, mind, and spirit and enhances our ability to connect to the Divine within and without. My goal is to help you feel grounded and nurtured; be reminded that you are connected to the web of life and the cycles and rhythms of nature.  Leave feeling better than when you came in; your body strengthened and stretched, your mind soothed and calmed and your heart lifted and nourished.

    Zoom Online Classes

    Email me initially to register for Zoom classes. I’ll reply with PayPal link, address, 

    the Zoom Link and easy directions for using Zoom.

    Then you can attend whenever you like.


    Mixed Level Flow – Tuesday Morning 9 to 10 am 

    We open with a prayer of gratitude and a heart-centered theme. Listen to the wisdom of your body, as you enjoy a well-balanced and moderately-paced flow. Alignment cues, short meditation and breathing practices are woven in. Yoga can feel like a moving prayer.   Beginners welcome. Modifications will be given and everyone is encouraged and supported to practice at their own pace.  

     $12 drop in  or send a check for a 5/Class Card $50   or  10/Class Card $90   Email me to register once, then you can attend anytime.

    Introductory Class Series for Beginners   Tuesdays  10:30-11:30     February 2nd – March 9th 

    Perfect time to begin your yoga practice in the convenience of your own home! If you are brand new to yoga or just want a refresher course, sign up now. The guiding principles of yoga and the physical postures will be taught step by step. Every body is unique, learn to tune into your body and what works best for you with guidance and modifications. Gain support and encouragement learning the basics of yoga which promote life-changing benefits. We will build up to a short sequence that  you can easily do at home on your own.
