Private and Group Yoga Classes


Yoga has made a powerful shift in my life!

When I’m not in my gardens, you can often find me doing yoga. And sometimes I’m doing both!
Connect with me for personal yoga sessions or join me for a group class at the farm in our yurt, St. Paul’s Church in Lancaster, NH,  or at Heart Space Yoga in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.

Yoga has improved my posture, strength, flexibility, balance, digestion, meditation, relaxation techniques and much more.  I am passionate about continually learning more and sharing these healing practices with you. Yoga yokes together and strengthens body, mind, and spirit and enhances our ability to connect to the Divine within and without. My goal is to help you feel grounded and nurtured; be reminded that you are connected to the web of life and the cycles and rhythms of nature.  Leave feeling better than when you came in; your body strengthened and stretched, your mind soothed and calmed and your heart lifted and nourished.

      Winter Classes 

    In the warmer months I teach yoga right here at the farm in our beautiful, peaceful 30 foot yurt. This winter I am teaching at St. Paul’s Church, 113 Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584. Email if you have questions or just drop in and join us.


    Gentle Flow  Wednesday morning  9:00-10:00  We often open with an offering of gratitude and a heart-centered theme. Listen to the wisdom of your body, as you enjoy a well-balanced and moderately-paced flow. Alignment cues, short meditation and breathing practices are woven in. Yoga can feel like a moving prayer.   Beginners welcome. Modifications will be given and everyone is encouraged and supported to practice at their own pace. 
    Slow Yoga for Healing, Strength and Mobility  Wednesday morning 10:30-11:30   This 10:30 class is temporarily postponed contact me if you are interested in future classes like this. 
    This Gentle Therapeutic Class is designed for people to participate with a chair, standing or laying on the floor or a combination that suits you.  The goal is to make yoga accessible to every body. Gentle and slow doesn’t mean it isn’t powerful and impactful.  We yoke body, mind and spirit to enhance balance, strength, flexibility and longevity. 

    This class is great for anyone wanting to reclaim mobility in a gentle way due to:

    • Loss of mobility and strength.
    • Illness or injury that needs healing movement.
    • Anyone who wants a gentle, mellow and restorative movement practice.
    • No prior yoga necessary
    • Yoga classes at St. Paul’s  Church, 113 Main Street, Lancaster, NH 03584. Feel free to drop in. Classes are $10 with a suggested donation or $2-$3 to the church for hosting us.

     Qigong class happens in the yurt in the warmer months and at St. Paul’s Church on Fridays through the winter. Kat also teaches on Wednesday and Sunday in Lunenburg. 

    Qigong, Yoga Movement & Meditation     9:00 am 

    Hello, my name is Kat, and I’m so happy to offer a summertime weekly class  at Heartsong Farm!  The class will begin Thursday in  June and run through the summer.  I teach a blend of Qigong and Yoga movement and meditation that is designed to soften your approach, create more space and connect you to yourself and nature.  This class is for everyone.  One single intentional breath can bring us back to presence.  Come enjoy a class of practicing this deeply nourishing returning to yourself and the light that flows through you.  Feel free to contact me for further questions,, 603-631-3311.
